The timeframe for window painting depends on the size and complexity of the design. We will work with you to establish a timeline that meets your needs. Please keep in mind that inclement weather may result in extended completion time. 

Absolutely! We specialize in creating custom designs that reflect the unique identity of your business and attract attention to your storefront. While I want all my clients to be completely satisfied, please understand that I will not recreate an exact replica of another artists work. You are welcome to share images and ideas that I will use as reference and inspiration to create a custom, original design that encompasses the vision you see for your home or business.

All of our window packages include a maximum number of painting hours, as well as removal of the image at your desired time. Any painting that exceeds the agreed upon hours will incur an additional charge. Excessive changes to window after approval of initial sample image will incur an additional charge. 

Yes! Plexiglass windows can not be painted as the paint will permanently damage the surface. If you have plexiglass windows and would like them painted with the understanding that the image is not meant to be removed, feel free to reach out!

Additionally, if you have window tint film and know if it was applied to the interior or exterior of the window, this is something I will need to know beforehand. Window Wonder NC nor any of its artists will be responsible for damage to window tint film. 

On regular windows, the Window painting is not permanent as the paint is not absorbed by the glass, it adheres to it more like a sticker. Plexiglass cannot be painted unless you fully intend the image to remain permanently. In dry climates, window paintings can last for months, sometimes even years depending on the type of coverage/overhang the window may have. The longer it sits in sun, the more it adheres or essentially bakes to the window. If needed, an acrylic top coat can be sprayed on the finished image to increase durability and longevity. When you're ready for your image to be removed, reach out and I can come remove it for you! This service is included with your paint package. Any cleaning of artwork that I did not create will incur an additional charge.
